Delivery & Returns Policy

ORDER PROCESSING

Order processing typically takes 2-3 working days, prior to delivery (excluding next-day service). However, we strive to process all orders within 1-2 working days. Please note, during peak periods and promotional activity, processing times may be slightly longer. You will receive an email notification once your order has been processed and dispatched.

Can I track my order?

Your order will be packaged and sent out as soon as possible. Once it has shipped you will receive an email that’s included a tracking link.  We make our limited addition (pre order) pieces to order, please allow two weeks for delivery.

  • COST ABOVE £100: FREE

International delivery

Our international delivery fees are available at checkout, for an indication of those prices please see below:

  • United States: Free Express for orders over £100, £11 below
  • Eurozone and Europe: £7 Standard
  • Australia: £17
  • Canada: £17
  • New Zealand: £17
  • Norway: £4.37 Standard
  • Switzerland: £5.55 Standard
  • Rest of World: £19 converted to local currency

Please note that a delay can occur at high pressure at the shipping company or a higher number of orders received in our warehouse. We will contact you personally regarding any further or unexpected delays of your order. We are always working on providing a more seamless and cost effective option for our international customers.

UK orders may also be delayed over busy periods such as bank holidays, Black Friday and Christmas period.

United States: Please be aware that recent changes in U.S. customs regulations may affect how your order is processed at the border.

When shipping your return, make sure the parcel is securely sealed, to avoid any damage.
When your package reaches our warehouse, expect your refund within 3-5 business days.
All exchanges have to be shipped back to us within 14 days of delivery. This applies for full-priced and sale pieces.
Please note that all sale items are final. No exchanges will be available once your item has been purchased. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Do you refund delivery charges?

We currently don’t refund delivery fees but postage is free on orders over £100 for UK and USA customers.

Terms and Conditions 

Any delivery disputes must be reported to our customer care team within 3 days of delivery. Kaija cannot take responsibility for, nor replace, missing packages that are not flagged within this time frame. This policy is in place for insurance purposes and cannot be waived.

Return to Sender: If you choose to return your item due to unpaid duties and taxes or any other reason, we will issue a refund for the item itself, minus any charges incurred by the courier for returning the goods. Please note, the initial shipping fee is non-refundable.

Returns Policy

KAIJA SWIM accept returns within 14 days of receipt for store credit or exchange only.

We only accept returns on domestic orders.

The merchandise must be returned in the same condition in which it was shipped to receive an exchange or store credit.

If you want to make a return or exchange your item, note that we don’t have return labels in our packages. Instead, you can use this address.
